Can you explain the legal process serving requirements and timeframe in more detail?
The requirements differ depending on some factors, including the type of legal paperwork being served, but there are a few that remain fairly constant. The server must be 18 or older and may not be named in the paperwork. They cannot influence the individual being served to either accept the court order or respond to it.
